Service Description
This morning breathwork is a gentle yet enlivening practice designed to help you settle the nervous system, clear mental residue and step into the day with greater energy, creativity, and ease. Through carefully guided breathing and integration, we create space for the body to reset and for the mind to soften its grip, allowing clarity and aliveness to emerge naturally. The emphasis is not on effort or performance, but on listening — supporting regulation, resilience and a felt sense of readiness for whatever the day may hold. Suitable for both experienced and beginners alike. What does the session include? - Introduction: Overview of breathing techniques and a brief check-in. - Intention Setting & Connect to Self: Guided practice to help you set your intention for the breathwork followed by guided practice to land and connect more deeply with yourself. - Breathwork Practice: Guided breathing techniques, including nose breathing, mouth breathing, and breath holds on full and empty lungs. - Check-Out and Wrap-Up: Optional check-out to share experiences and reflections followed by a wrap-up. Important Info: - If you have a comfortable mat, blanket or eye mask please bring it along. If you don't have any don't worry, I have some to lend out. - No prior experience is needed and this class is suitable for both beginners and experienced breathers alike. - Please get in touch first if you are experiencing any of the following: cardiovascular issues, history of stroke, asthma, pregnancy, panic attacks, recent injury or operation as this class may not be suitable.
