Service Description
This is not a class about trying to sleep. It is an invitation to stop trying. Sleep Reset is a set of 4 guided breathwork journey, once per week, designed to loosen the thinking mind’s grip and allow the body to settle into its own natural rhythm. Through slow, carefully paced breathing and periods of quiet presence, we create the conditions for deep rest to emerge on its own. As the breath lengthens and softens, the nervous system begins to unwind. The constant pull of thought eases. Attention drops out of the head and into the body. Rather than analysing or fixing, we rest in simple awareness — feeling, sensing, being here. From this place, the system can begin to reset. The body grows heavy. The breath becomes almost effortless. Time thins. Some drift close to sleep, others pass gently into it. All that’s required is a willingness to lie down and let the breath do the work. This is not an energising practice, and there is nothing to push through. It is a space to pause, to come out of doing mode, and to allow the mind and body to recover from the demands of the day. Sleep Reset is for anyone who feels tired but wired, mentally busy, or unable to fully switch off — even when rest is needed most. A space to loosen the mind. A space to come fully into the present. A space where rest is not achieved, but allowed. Come as you are. Leave with less.
